Any “Free Estimate” or consultation requested through our website or by phone is considered a preliminary estimate based on the information provided.

Final pricing is determined after:

Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued.

LCS Master reserves the right to adjust pricing if project scope, materials, or conditions change.
